Power and water costs as well as weekly pool and landscaping services are included.

 

Additional costs

The prices are valid for four persons. Every further person costs € 25 per day.

For the final cleaning € 250.00 will be charged.
A € 500.00 deposit will have to be made prior to you departing for your trip.

The utilization of the pool heater costs € 120.00 per week should you desire to use it.
