This data privacy statement informs users of the type, range and the purpose of the surveying and use of personal data by the responsible provider [Simon Alpgaustraße GbR, Thorsten Simon, Erich-Kästner Straße 16, 76149 Karlsruhe, info@ferienhaus-alpenglueck.de, 0721/78159202] on this website (in the following “offer”). Establishing Contact

After contact is made with the provider (for example by means of a contact form or via email), the information of the user is saved for the purpose of handling of inquiries as well as in case follow up questions are asked.

Integration of Services and Third Party Content

It is possible that as part of the online offer, third party content such as Youtube, map material from Google-Maps, RSS-Feeds or graphics form other websites will be linked. This required that the providers of this content (known as “third party providers” hereafter) have access to the IP-address of the user. Google Analytics

This offer utilizes Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Use of Facebook Social Plugins

This offer makes use of social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network Facebook.com which is ran by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The plugins can be identified by their Facebook logo (a white “f” on a blue tile or a “thumbs up” sign) or by the addition “Facebook Social Plugin”. If users look up a website of this offer containing such a plugin, the browser will automatically build a direct connection with the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin will be directly transferred to the browser from Facebook and will be integrated in the website. The provider has no influence on the scope of data that Facebook captures with the use of the plugins and accordingly informs the user based on its state of knowledge: Through use of the plugins, Facebook receives the information that a user has looked up the relevant webpage of the offer.
